Description:
Qualifying title for the exercise of activities included in Title I and the Annex to Law 12/2012, of December 26, on urgent measures for the liberalization of trade and certain services, expanded by those included in Chapter II of Title II and the annex of the Regional Law 8/2014, of November 21, on tax measures, administrative simplification and in matters of public function.

Requirements:
The responsible declaration may be submitted once the works and the necessary facilities have been completed and, where appropriate, the authorizations have been obtained or the actions required by the sectoral regulations applicable to the installation or activity have been carried out, and before the start of the exercise of the activity or exploitation phase.

Documentation to be provided:
The instance model included in this website, which will be accompanied by the national identity document, passport or residence permit of the interested party, and, where appropriate, a photocopy of the deed of representation powers of the merchant interested, in addition to the following documentation:
a) Technical project of works and facilities, when required according to the corresponding regulations, signed by a competent technician in accordance with current legislation.
b) Certification of compliance with all the conditions of annex II of Law 4/2009, of May 14, on Integrated Environmental Protection, or, when they do not meet these conditions, with certification issued by a competent technician, duly identified, collegiate, where appropriate, and professionally qualified, that has accredited the subscription of a civil liability insurance policy for damages caused in the exercise of their profession, in the amount that is fixed by regulation, visa by the corresponding professional association when legally required, in which the adequacy of the facility is accredited to the activity to be developed, and compliance with the requirements established by the sectoral regulations of application (this certification must include an express pronouncement on the compatibility of the installation with urban planning and regulations).
