Aidemar and Fundamifp commemorate the Day of Disability in a joint event in the Plaza de España

The Councilor for Social Services, Estíbaliz Masegosa accompanied today the Association for the Integration of the Disabled in the region del Mar Menor, AIDEMAR, and the Pro-Disabled Body Foundation National Police, Fundamipf in an act that took place in the Plaza de España to celebrate the International Day of the Disability that is commemorated on December 3.

Users Fundamipf have read a manifesto followed by a story to which Several of the students from Aidemar have put their voices to joint confection of a commemorative mural. The message sent to the society in the manifesto read by several young people with some type of disability is that you have to break down barriers and consider disability, not as a disability, but as a set of different capacities; change help for autonomy and exclusion by social inclusion.

The Councilor for Services Social, Estíbaliz Masegosa highlighted the work that has been going on for years both Aidemar and Fundamipf perform in the world of disability in our municipality and claimed the celebration of this type of acts to help generate a more standardized social vision about the difference.
