He Festival of San Javier hosts the performance of "Filoctetes", that arrives after its premiere at the Festival de Mérida where it has represented, for the first time in the history of the Festival, is late and little known work of Sophocles, versioned by Jodi Casanovas and directed by Antonio Simón. A concise and solvent cast composed of the veteran Pedro Casablanc, Pepe Viyuela, Félix Gómez and Samuel Viyuela gives life to a montage with set design of the Murcian Paco Azorín.
