The Councilor for Culture, David Martinez highlighted today the important work that the library has been doing for years, started up by the Ministry of Tourism and Culture, through the Library Regional, to encourage reading in summer by bringing books closer to the beaches.
David Martínez visited the Bibliobús today in the Barnuevo esplanade, of Santiago de la Ribera, where every Tuesday in July and August, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., will offer a wide variety of updated titles of diverse genres and for all ages.
With a card of any library or an instant card that facilitates the staff that attends this service presenting a card of identity, two books can be borrowed with a term of 15 days for your return.
The bookmobile service also includes the possibility of request a book that is not available at that time and that is will deliver the following week from the library's collection Regional.
