San Javie celebrated World Environment Day with primary school children

Pollution by this year, the World Environment Day which the City of San Javier has added with a program of activities in which students of Primary School have participated municipality. The mayor, José Miguel Luengo, accompanied by the Councilor for Multiple Services, María Dolores Ruiz, read this tomorrow a manifesto "in a day that we take advantage of to influence in social awareness of the need to preserve the environment ".
The City Council of San Javier Today, special emphasis has been placed on recycling, taking advantage of the fact Plastic is one of the reusable waste. The mayor remembered that in San Javier the collection of plastic has increased by 14% in the last year compared to the previous one and noted both the measures promoted by the councils of Environment and Services Public to encourage the recycling of waste as the growing social awareness about it.
The younger ones are still being the priority objective of this type of campaigns. Behind the reading of the manifesto, a group of environmental monitors as well as Project Abraham have carried out activities with children in those who in a playful way have worked on the subject of recycling, the use and preservation of the environment.
