The Day of the Minibasket 2018 will concentrate in San Javier about 1000 athletes

About 1,000 athletes from between 9 and 10 years old, belonging to 61 teams, will participate tomorrow, Saturday, June 2, on Minibasket Day 2018 to be held at the facilities of the sports center municipal of San Javier. The Councilor for Sports, Estíbaliz Masegosa, the president of the Marme Sports Association, Antonio Perez and the head of competitions of the Basketball Federation from the Region of Murcia, Benito García presented today at the City of San Javier the regional meeting with which the Federation dismisses the season among the youngest.
The The day will begin at 10am with more than 60 matches they will dispute in the seven tracks enabled in the pavilions central and auxiliary sports center until 6.30pm when medals will be given to all the participants and a trophy by team "since it is not a competition but a a fun and convivial day ", explained Benito García.
Antonio Pérez, president of the Marme Sport Association, host of the event in which participates with two teams, one male and one female, he recalled that close to 100 volunteers of the Association will work during the whole day in which a picnic will be delivered to the participants who will also enjoy the pool and other activities as long day.
