The Councilor for Health, Catalina Pérez presented the workshop with the dietitian and nutritionist of the Celiac Association of Murcia, Immaculate Llopis who recalled that celiac disease is a chronic disease whose only treatment is a gluten-free diet.

For that reason, from the Department of Health has already held a bread workshop, and in this case a pastry shop has been prepared, in which it will be shown how to make and handle gluten-free pastries, for confectionery, more nutritional quality.
