The library takes the books to the bars with "Readings to pass the drink"

"Readings to pass the drink "is the title of the last campaign of promotion of reading and the book undertaken by the library of San Javier, in this case with the collaboration of the Department of Commerce. The initiative involves several pubs and bars that will welcome small book deposits available to their customers, and specific actions related to literature with monologues, recitals and music.
He Culture Councilor David Martínez, the library coordinator, Toni Díaz, and the head of the Local Development Agency, Juan de Dios González presented this morning the inaugural cycle of "Readings with drinks" that starts Thursday at 8pm. at Brother's pub with the visit of Jesús Tiscar, winner of the Black Novel contest of Getafe 2016 that will offer a monologue about the process of literary creation and present his novel "La Japanese bald ".
The cafeteria "Around the corner" will host a recital of the poet Murcia Caride on May 17.
