The painter José Martínez Cánovas exhibits as a guest artist in Imagina San Javier 2018

The Murcia band Atrezo put acoustic music last night at the party Inauguration of Imagina 2018 held at the Museum of San Javier with the assistance of the artists selected in this edition of the emerging art festival organized by the Department of Youth of San Javier, with the Murcian painter José Martínez Cánovas as Invited artist.
The Mayor of San Javier, José Miguel Luengo, Councilor for Youth, Estíbaliz Masegosa and the artistic director of the Festival, Cristina Franco intervened to welcome the artists and the public until next Sunday, April 29 can enjoy of art in open and closed public spaces of the municipality, vindicate young art and guarantee support for the festival that turns 15
The San Javier Museum hosts, among other interventions, a sample of the guest artist in this edition of the Festival, José Martínez Cánovas who was in charge of presenting his participation in Imagine 2018 with a set of graphite paintings, made in the last two years and belonging to three exhibitions different, in Shanghai, Rome and Spain united by a dream vision of the human figure and the portrait.
Imagine San Javier 2018 has deployed a total of 21 works in different points of the municipality covering all the artistic disciplines and signed mostly by artists Murcia, together with others from Madrid, Barcelona and La Coruña. A field of poppies in the middle of the Plaza de España, or two giant hands therapies that float in the Mar Menor are some of the works that the public will be on the street these days, and
