The Department of Environment celebrates the Day of the Tree and Water Day with the youngest

The Department of the Environment has not wanted to miss the Day World Forest or Tree Day, celebrated today, or the Day World Water Day, to be held tomorrow, to remember the most small the importance that a tree or plants in general They have in our life. Throughout the week they will celebrate different acts in schools and infant schools of the municipality, coordinated by the council that will take all originals recycled planters, made with tires, which have been given funny shapes.
The Councilor for the Environment, Sergio Martínez presented today the initiative in the "Sacred Heart" school garden, where the children have read messages of nature protection, saving of water, and care of plants, in addition to brand new flowerpots with new plantations. Tomorrow the planting of trees in the CEIP "Severo Ochoa". The little ones also will participate with the visit of the Infant School of San Javier to school garden of the CEIP "La Paz". The children of the CAI of Santiago de la Ribera will plant trees in the eco park of the town.
The Councilor for the Environment, Sergio Martínez pointed out the importance of taking the message to the little ones in order to promote their awareness of the need to take care of nature and so that they become responsible adults in their relationship with the environment.
