The Conservatory will present four choir works composed and interpreted by their students

The Conservatory of Music of San Javier will premiere next Thursday, March 22, four works for Chorus composed entirely by students of the subject of Fundamentals of Composition The works with music and original lyrics composed by the students Ana Belén García, Pedro Botella, Alejandro Jiménez and Alberto Fernández are part of a project of Educational Innovation of the Composition Classroom, which has been called "Voices for Peace".



The Councilor for Education Catalina Pérez, the composition teacher, Javier Pérez and the student Alberto Fernández presented this morning at City Hall of San Javier this project "transversal based on an apprenticeship cooperative "that allows them to take their work further beyond the classroom, participating in the materialization of the work within of the Conservatory, and contribute to the cultural diffusion in the municipality with its public premiere, explained the coordinating professor of the project and former student of the center, Javier Pérez.



Alberto Fernández, student of composition, highlighted the possibility offered by this project to experience the whole process until their initial scores they end up becoming something real interpreted by the Choir. The young composers discuss their work with the Choir and attend the rehearsals for the putting of their works, in a project that involves the entire center and ms scenarios in order to reach the maximum possible public, such as the auditorium of the building of the Department of Youth, the center Civic Park "Almansa Park", the civic center "Prince of Asturias ", of Santiago de la Ribera, the Conservatory, and the Center of Day, of Santiago de la Ribera.



The Councilor for Education, Catalina Pérez thanked the management, the faculty of teachers, students and the entire educational community of the Conservatory its effort to achieve excellence through the implementation of innovative educational projects and encouraged the public to attend the Spring concerts to learn about the work of students who They will also take their "School Concerts" to over a thousand students of the educational centers of San Javier.
