The surplus of 2017 allows 875,000 euros to be invested in renewal of pavement and sidewalks

The surplus of the accounts of the San Javier City Council of 2017 has allowed a total of 17 renewal actions to be implemented of pavement in driveway and sidewalks in different points of the municipality with a total investment of 875,000 euros that will allow renewing 49.264m2 of pavement, 2.193m2 of bike path, 4.683m2 of sidewalks, and recover 709 m² of rural roads, along with the continuation of the walk that occupies the median of the Neptuno avenue, in San Javier.
The mayor of San Javier José Miguel Luengo, accompanied by the Councilor for Public Services, María Dolores Martínez presented yesterday the works in the neighborhood of Los Pescadores, in Santiago de la Ribera, where they visited with the neighbors the works that are carried out in the neighborhood that will allow completing the renovation of sidewalks. He set of all the works, which are already being executed from the last December 28 by the company Gonzalez Soto, they have a deadline of four months, so they will be completed by end of April.
Among the actions underway is the renovation of the pavement of the avenue Pinatar, that includes road and bike lane, in the direction of the Dos Mares shopping center, as well as the La Paloma, and Mirador avenue. Likewise, zones of parking behind the court, and in the cemetery, and performances in the streets Rufino Quesada, Sierra Nevada, Alicante, Almería, Teruel-Zaragoza, Nogal and Cherry, in San Javier.
