Summary of the agreements of the Plenary held today at the City of San Javier

The Plenary approves a motion in defense of the permanent prison revisable

The Plenary of the City council of San Javier pronounced today in favor of the permanent prison reviewable through a motion presented by the Popular group that was approved with the votes in favor of the group Popular, the abstention of the Ciudadanos-C's group and the votes in against the Socialist groups and Win San Javier, during the session Ordinary Meeting held this morning in which he was not present the councilor not attached.

The motion, motivated by the appeal of unconstitutionality presented by several parliamentary groups before the Court Constitution on the revisable permanent pressure introduced in the Penal Code through Organic Law 1/2015, of 30 March, agrees to express the support of the House to the figure of the permanent prison reviewable and urge the different groups parliamentarians with representation in the Congress of Deputies to to consider their position on the repeal of it.

Other matters of the Plenary

Among the agreements of the Plenary held this morning in the City of San Javier is the decision to leave on the table a motion presented by the Citizens-C group about the reinforcement of controls in the municipality of the bacterium "Xilella Fastidiosa ", considered a serious international threat to citrus, fruit, vine and olive, among others. The petition to leave the motion on the table, which was raised by the socialist group with the intention of reinforcing its content, was approved with the votes in favor of the Socialist group, against the Citizens-C's group, and the abstention of the popular and Win San Javier.

The Plenary rejected a motion of the socialist group on the system national pension system, which agreed on a battery of agreements as the repeal of the legal changes introduced in the 2011-2015 legislature, with the vote against the Popular group, the abstention of the Citizens-C group and the favorable votes of the Socialist groups and Win San Javier. Another was also rejected motion of the Socialist group on electromagnetic pollution and its effects onhealth that included a battery of measures national, regional and local, with the vote against the group Popular, who rejected the technical considerations of the motion, and the favorable vote of the Socialist group, Win San Javier and Citizens-C's.

Finally the Plenary approved, with the votes in favor of the popular group and the abstention of the rest of the groups, several records of extrajudicial recognition of credits, necessary to pay the invoices corresponding to 2017 received as of January 1, 2018, for a total value of 1.2 million euros.
