Civil marriage celebration.

1.- Start of the processing of the civil marriage civil registration file in the Civil Registry corresponding to the municipality in which at least one of the members of the couple is registered.

2. - Once the file concluso in the Civil Registry has handled the case, and the case file outside the municipality of San Javier have been processed, it should refer the same to the Civil Registry of San Javier, since the latter will in last instance, both for these cases and for those that are processed directly in the same, and once relapsing favorable, being firm, and at the request of the interested parties; the person in charge of sending the corresponding delegation of authorization to the Town Hall in the Mayor, so that the corresponding civil marriage can be celebrated on the appointed day, in accordance with what is indicated in the certification of the governmental file initiated for that purpose. < p> 3 - Contact with the Bureau of the Secretariat to continue the process and finalize the details of the ceremony.

4. - Payment of the corresponding fee by letter of payment issued in the Municipal Collection, located in Calle Príncipe, number 5, low. 30730 San Javier.

Prior authorization of the Civil Registry of San Javier, delegating to the Mayor, the celebration of the corresponding civil marriage.
