Application according to the established model. Photocopy of the national identity document, passport or residence permit of the interested party and, where appropriate, of his representative. Photocopy of the deed of representation powers, or copy of the authorization signed by the Applicant. Fee payment of taxes and other revenue of public or private law that correspond. Accreditation of the cadastral reference by the last receipt of the tax on real estate. Title that accredits the occupation of the home by the applicant: may provide a photocopy of the title, either the property deed or the contract of sale or lease of the house.
